busy weekend

HHII!! im finally bacck!!!

im bored. so let me just blog about recent happenings. anyway, ive already started working and im quite satisfied with e job now. just a part time job but quite relax. i realise i cant stay at home looking after my 2 kids everyday. i will go crazy. LOL. is not that i dun love my kids. it's just that i feel i can perform better as a mum if i were to go out and work. i feel that adriel gets more sticky to me after since i went out to work

saturday went to leonard drake at century square for my trial facial after bringing my kids for jab in e morning. it was GREAT! i think i have never ever step into any facial spas before. its my very 1ST time. and i felt really pampered and so relaxing. the consultant was very patient and there wasnt any hardselling there. i chose the acne facial thing. treatment lasted for 2hrs with abit of massage. SHIOK. so tempted to sign the package, but i shall see how my skin reacts to the products. looking forward to my 2nd visit!!

went to ECP just now. we brought adriel along. went cycling!! i dunno how to cycle, so we rented a twin bicycle with a seat behind for adriel. he enjoyed himself so much!! cycled for 2 hrs, went to bedok jetty for a break and to see ppl fish. after that went to HK cafe for lunch. hubby went to fish those soft toys and teddy. my first reaction was to nag. i was just saying ' bu ke neng diao dao de la, lang fei qian. blah blah blah'. he didnt care bout me and just insert e coin. while i was nagging, i saw him fishing up an Elmo and slowly moving towards the drop-out bin. i was shouting and screaming. Lol!! SO EXCITED!! i didnt believe my eyes. he got an elmo using $1 dollar. afterwhich, he got so hooked up by the machine and keep fishing for e mickey mouse. my dear adriel was cheering and shouting beside him. after bout 5 tries. i finally pulled him away to stop him from wasting money.

we bought adriel a beach ball too. and brought him to playground, small arcade and he was so happy. was tiring chasing him around e playground but im really very happy to see him smiling and laughiing. it was really a wonderful family day. too bad beldon cant go cos he is too small.

hubby promised to bring me for prawning nxt week. he wanted to go tonight. but i will be working on monday. too tired. anyway, im sick and tired of shopping centres. will be planning more outdoor and family activities!!

beldon can sit in a bumbo with his head up to watch tv without any pillows. im shocked. will post the photos nxt time.

its a boy!!

everybody. my baby's gender is a boy!!! abit upset but still its my precious son!! hubby's words make me feel at ease.but i know he wants a baby gal badly. =(

brought adriel for his MMR jab on monday. i went for my appt too. adriel didnt cry when he got his jab!! CLAPS CLAPS. i got my blood test too. ouch. after that went opposite to do my detailed scan. my detailed scan took one hr. gosh. total damage= 300bucks. wanted to opt out for blood test but gynae says it is compulsory.

the sonographer was very nice throughout e detailed scan. she is an indian. she told me she got 2 gals and one boy. her eldest daughter was very bubbly and cheerful. and when she got her no.2 and found out its a gal, she didnt look forward to her arrival and throughout her pregnancy she was very unhappy. den her gal came out to be very gloomy and sad. always staring into blank and dun smile so much. thats y she ask me not to gloom over e gender of e baby. i think its true. but of cos she is blessed to have her 3rd boy. i hope my third one will be a gal!! maybe in e yr of dragon?

hubby bought e induction cooker for me. brand taiyo. damn good!! should have bought it earlier. e temperature is high enough for me to fry things.

im now 63kg. from 56-63. 7kg!! gynae says abit too fast. but im not as fat as wad i was when i was having adriel. its just my tummy is super big.

im having v bad breakout. aloevera gel doesnt help. bought e bioessence spot removal gel. it claims to reduce redness and contract pimple in 3 minutes. remove without any scar in 7 days. we shall see. but so far for 1st day i can see e result. not bad.

not sure izit bcus of my growing tummy. i get tired v easily. my back keep aching. hubby says if i m too tired will hire those part time maid to come in and do e hsework for me. feel so touched! but i believe i can do it ah. maybe when it is near my EDD den i shall ask a part time maid to come in and wash my hse 2-3times per week.

feel like taking a nap but i noe i will bcum v lazy after e nap.

its only 9.43 and adriel is sound asleep. Omg. he is going to wake up v early tml. hubby is working tml!! i think i will postpone my appt. i dun have e courage to go alone. if halfway adriel wants to be carried den i will have to push e 8kg pram and carry him.

yesterday cooked spaggettie with chicken chop!! hubby cook e black pepper sauce and e pasta sauce. SUPER NICE. taste like wad i eat outside. sadly to say, my hubby cooks better than me. so i got to learn from him. LOL. today we ate corn,carrot and potato soup. also got chicken nuggets and stir-fry spinach. average taste.

i dun care i wan to go swimming on sunday. i hope e weather will be nice to me. swim tgt with hubby and adriel. its going to be fun!!

i finally got adriel to eat e nestle cereal. these few days like having war with him trying to get him to eat his cereal. cos i cant possibly let him eat 3 meals of porridge. so breakfast will be cereal or bread with nutella. trying to let him try milo. but he refuse to drink any other fluids other than plain water in his magmag.

im having breakouts on my cheek due to over-heatiness. hubby dun let me drink any cooling stuff. sigh. i feel so ugly whenever i go out. i cant find my pimple cream. ARGH!!!

im craving for bedok reservoir kuey chap. im craving for durians!! but my heatyness!! god. im craving for macdonalds. im craving for xiao long bao.

im pratically eating like a pig. my tummy is super obvious liao. im HUNGRY!!

supposed to wash adriel's bedsheet and bring his pillows and mattress out to suntan. too bad it rained:(

woke up at 10am today. brought adriel down to e market and bought chicken feet and lotus root. hubby says he wants to drink hua shen ji jiao tang(peanut with chicken feet soup). wash and throw all e ingredients into e slow cooker and thats it!! fast and easy. LOL. will be frying potato with lean meat too.
thinking of wad to cook for tml. i think i should make porkchop with spagetties. saw it on tv. looks nice!! i love COOKING!! i love it when i see adriel n hubby eating e dishes which i try-my-best to cook. LOL!!

im so very free these few days. cos i do e hsework while adriel is watching his playhouse disney. LOL. serene yow started her scl life! she is now a STUDENT. ccongrats congrats. OMG. so old still wan act student. LOL!!!! *run and hide* actually not v old la. this yr 19 only. nxt yr 20!!! WTH. im not e teenager anymore. fck it.

haven see mrs lek online for some time. how's zayven??? i love babies. that day went i saw zayven makes me have e urge to give birth immediately. LOL!! SO CUTEEE!! i cant seem to remember adriel have that period of time when he look like that. cos he is one big monkey now. climbing up n down.

times are bad now. ive not been shopping for a long time. shopping=buying my own things. im going to mothercare to spend my 50bucks voucher to ease my addiction. LOL.

after a long discussion with hubby, we've decided that i should be a staying-at-home-mum till both of my kid are able to attend to childcare. which will be at least 2 more yrs? im v particular about e bringing up of kids esp infant. so to prevent any arguements between me and mama, i will do it myself.

i hope hubby will not be working this sat. cos i dun wan to go to e doctor alone!! i will have to bring adriel there for his jab, i will need to scan my unborn baby. and if adriel were to make a scene. OMG.

NAP

adriel is having a nap right now. his schedule went haywire, got to re-time his nap again.



supposed to go for a swim on sunday, but e weather dont seem to be very good. hubby's cousin came with his gf. he drove us to TM and e new shopping centre. hubby and i went on fri alr. super duper crowded.

went to mount faber and henderson waves on sunday. walk until my legs ache. hubby promised to bring me to cable car dining on his birthday!! i noe he miss his clubbing days. maybe we should head down to club on his birthday. shall ask my mum to take care of adriel at night. anyway he wun wake up till morning. LOL.

finally trained my preccious son to sleep on his own. under e care of my mum, he needs to be carry, pat and ccuddle before he goes into deep sleep. now i just leave him in e playpen with lotsa teddy bear and he will sleep on his own. *clap clap*.
he is super picky bout his food. got to think of new recipes to make him open his mouth. changed his formulae to PEDIASURE by abbott. so far so good.
finally after one month, im going to bring him for his jab. due to his cough n flu i delayed till now. LOL.

going for my checkup too. i think im in my 20weeks alr. which means 5 months pregnant!! my tummy getting bigger and BIGGER. taking nap on alternate days if not im so tired. never-ending household chores. ive decide to take care of adriel and no.2 myself till both of them goes to childcare centre den i will go to work.

im learning to go to e market to buy meat. i cant possibly tell e uncle, "uncle i wan 200gram of lean meat". after asking my mum, this is wad i should say. "uncle, gei wo liang kuai qian de wu hua rou". if im not wrong lean meat is shou rou. cos i always buy my groceries at supermarket. i see all e labels in eng. i dunno e chinese name. LOL. anyway, yesterday hubby and i had grilled chicken. bought two big chicken thigh and marinate overnight. grill with bbq sauce. MARVELLOUS! and it is only 1.80 for one big thigh. i shall invite my sistas over for a meal after i have absolute confidence in my cooking skills. wait patiently huh. LOL.

suddenly i miss e feeling of clubbing. with a glass of martell and a ciggy. WOO. ren jian xiang shou. its all bout e atmosphere there. LOL. wait till both my kids are big enough and we shall hit e club tgt!! hubby said he will bring them there when they are 14. he is open-minded but im not. LOL. im really strict in disciplining my child. hubby banned me from buying cane home. he say if i were to cane adriel. he come back n cane me. WTH. example of disciplining: i put him in highchair whenever it is meal time. at 1st he keep wanting to go to e floor and play while eating cos of my mum's 'training'. i dont care of his scream n shout. i INSIST on feeding in a chair. took me bout one whole week before he change his habit. if he still dun eat i leave him to be hungry. LOL!! hubby will scream at me if he noes this. this is to prevent adriel from running around esp when going out while he having his food.

ok. its 4pm. im going to cook dinner. hubby will be backk at 5 plus!!

pissed off..

im going to zayven's full month celebration later!! WOOHOO.. cant bring adriel cos my mum is super pantang. im going with hubby and huiyu. bought a high chair for zayven hope he like it! it will be super useful when he going to start his semi solid food.

my mum has started work and now e hse is under my care!! wahaha. is really tiring when im pregnant and got to do so many things. this is my schedule for e day:
wake up at 7+ to feed adriel his milk. he will sleep back after that den i nap awhile. wake up at 10+ to cook his food. he wakes up at 11 den will crawl around e hse while learning to walk. bathe him and den feed him his food. 2+ he have his snack. 3pm he have his nap and den i will have to cook for him and for hubby. sweep and mop e floor. do e laundry and take a shower.
he wakes up at 5+ n den have his dinner. he have his milk feed at 10+ and off he sleep. sometimes he sleep at 12am.

super busy right!! but end of e day its really worth it. at least i know adriel is under good care. i have a strong urge to take care of 2kids myself. there is one kind of satisfaction where normal jobs cant give me.

quarrel with my mum yest. im super pissed off with her. ive been doing hsehold chores, hanging e clothes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and wadever things i can do. once she come home she will nag n nag. nag at wadeva things she can find. i can jolly well throw their clothes aside and wash ours will do. when i was carrying adriel i still do e laundry despite im so heavily pregnant. she doesnt help me n still nag n nag. i swear i will move out once i able to apply for a flat. once, she threaten to beat n push me. im pregnant now leh!!! cant stand her. hurling vulgarities at me every now n den. hubby say she is experiencing her menopause. i supposed so too. if one day she push me down to e floor and thats it. im packing my things and go.

ok. im going to wash adriel's toys now. goodbye!!

though abit late. but still congratulations!!

taka baby fair has so many great deals!!! i went there 3 days straight. 1st day, i went with my mum and adriel. i search for my peg perego and finally!!! i saw a great promotion!!! pliko P3 2008 at 558 bucks!! if u are a taka member u could actually get a 10% discount. i bought some stuff for zayven, avent bottles and pacifier and some toys for adriel.

2nd day, i went alone to apply for taka membership card!! actually wanted to ask hubby to apply for e DBS taka credit card. but it would take a few days for processing. the additional 10% will be ending e nxt day. paid $15 for e application and wait till e nxt day den can collect. meanwhile went to check maclaren quest price. $318 +10% off. great deal too!!

3rd day, hubby went with me to get e pliko!! we got e tango colour for e 08 version. bought 4 bfree bottles at 50 bucks too. total savings: pram=$200, bottles=$20!!

im down with a fever and flu. went to see dr heng n got some medicine. on e very same day, adriel is down with fever. i suppose is because of me. another burning sensation in my pocket.


i succeeded in shooing my mum to work!! LOL. i cant possibly let both of us idle around at home. with so many bills and my 2nd baby on e way, we will die if we were to depend on single income. only thing is that i have to take care of my lil devil and also do household chores. i believe i can do it!!

ok. im going to eat my medicine and sleep.

chalet

OOPS. have been MIAing for so long.

hmmph. adriel's chalet was consider a success. only thing it rained!! e chalet was very crampy cos too many people. so sorry guys. i will get aloha the nxt time. LOL!! anyway. a heartfelt thanks to everyone who turns up and the presents adriel received.

because it was so crampy and noisy. adriel was crying most of e time. even when he was cutting cake. he was crying and screaming. i think he enjoy e nxt day cos we brought him for a swim at e pool. he enjoyed himself!!

went to e doctor yesterday. instruction given: do not carry heavy things and no sex. cos of my brown spotting. got some urine infection too. baby is 14 weeks alr!!

i had a big fall during one of e chalet days. i fell onto e floor and broke my toenail. e whole toenail came out and now there is pus. luckily nothing happen. scare my hubby to death. LOL. im 59kg now!!! another 1kg gain. im eating like a pig already.

will be changing pram for adriel. i wanted maclaren quest. hubby wanted peg perego. in e end i lose to him cos he keep nagging like a woman. LOL!!

Mrs Lek will be delivering soon!! im so excited. LOL. anyway, wish her have a smooth delivery!!

im bored

its a SATURDAY MORNING.

im all alone at home. mum brought adriel out together with her friends. i wanted to bring adriel out with xian and serene today!! mum and hubby didnt allow it cos im pregnant. i experience some brown spotting last 2 days. freak me out when i went to the toilet. i suppose its because of me carrying adriel and he keep stepping on my tummy. the spotting stop yesterday. if not i will be rushing to my gynae. but im feeling very weird feeling in my tummy. very uncomfortable feeling which i didnt experience when i was having adriel. anyway. hope everything is alright. *fingers crossed.

went out with xian and serene yesterday. went to paya lebar to have LJS den head to vivo mothercare to source for xian's things. e things there are too expensive. bcus no sale!! after that went to MSQ. xian bought a phone and serene bought a pair of heels!! for me i bought a packet of baby biscuit for adriel. i head home after a long shopping trip.

will be going to bugis later!! meeting the gals at 3. i got to get the party deco for adriel's bdae. cake is done, buffet im waiting for their confirmation email. left e bbq items!! will go down n book tml. getting a 2kg barney cake at prima deli. hopefully everything turns out nice.

going to shower now!!

today is VDAY!!!!

have no plans for e day. i think im going to stay at home to earn more coins in pet society. buy flowers in e cyber world. LOL.

anyway, today dinners are exp. crowd everywhere and i dont think i will enjoy my day. i rather save e money to buy something for adriel.

i havent upload e pics to e zoo. lazy lazy. but we enjoy e day man!! i think hubby looks happier than adriel at e zoo. taking a break away from the city life to relax is wad we need. LOL.

yesterday i experience cramps and pulling sensation at my tummy. got so panicky.

im really bored now. dunno wad to write. bye

we brought adriel to alot of places during CNY!! Singapore Flyer, Zoo and also brought him for a swim. i think he enjoy swimming the most. ok. he will be celebrating his 1st birthday on 28feb!! actual date is 3rd march. but we need to hold it on sat. it will be at costa sand pasir ris. chalet was sponsored by my mum because she just strike 3rd prize TOTO during the big prize draw. partly is my luck cos i help her to buy. LOL.

updates on my baby. went for appt last fri. baby is doing well and v active. coming to 3 months and i saw baby moving when dr heng is doing U/S!! so excited. my morning sickness is killing me. feel like dying whenever i vomit. congrats to me I QUIT SMOKING ALREADY!!! anyway, e smell of smoke makes me puke.

company fired me!!

oops. im been MIAing for super long time. was busy with work so cant blame ya.

once again, im staying at home to rot = jobless= no extra income. BORING. ok. im actually pregnant with number 2 and i told my manager about it. the very next day he inform me that i will be ask to leave. he said it is not because of my pregnancy, who believe him? gosh. one week later i received my termination letter. he ENCOURAGE me to write a resignation letter not once but many many times. lucky i insisted on my letter. i will be going to MOM. BEWARE!!! 4 months pay!!! anyway, they are really inhuman to sack someone who is pregnant. its ok. i will be staying at home to an tai. LOL. nonsense. im going out to work parttime after i've settle everything. hopefully i get a job cos ive been rotting since monday!!!!

was abit sad when i was told. but hubby came to pick me to eat good food. LOL. i know its alright if i lose my job. but i love to work!!

back to my JOY!!! my no2 is on HER way. yes, i wan a ger. I WANT A BABY GER!!! this time round i enjoy my pregnancy very very much. compared to e time when i was expecting adriel, this time round hubby's business is very very much better. so i get to eat whatever i wan. drink birdnest like nobody business. hubby bought enfamama for me and force me drink everynight. OMG. e taste isnt very good. i wan COKE!!!! no ciggy for me too.

we have already plan to get e phil and teds pram for both adriel and new baby. abit heavy but i love it!! it cost 1+k so i have been controlling. hubby wanted to buy that day to let adriel use first. LUCKY it was out of stock.

my old pants are too tight for me!! fast huh. i dunno y this time round my stomach gets big easily.

will be meeting serene xian huiyu and chanel later for steamboat. our CNY reunion dinner. WAHAHA. feel like shopping today. but i feel so sinful. my husband is working his head out while im shopping!! LOL.

ok. im freaking bored right now. go watch tv le. will change blogskin later.
